Landstar awarded two long-time employees with the company’s highest achievement awards at the 2019 Landstar Annual Agent Convention.

As Landstar’s highest honor for business capacity owners (BCOs), the company’s term for independent owner-operators with exclusive lease agreements, Roadstar award winners are considered the most elite professional drivers.

Landstar System, Inc. honored seven female owner-operators among Landstar’s best and safest during the 7th Annual Landstar BCO All-Star Celebration held earlier this month.

Each of the inductees has driven more than one million consecutive miles without a preventable accident, a distance that takes a truck operator approximately 10 years to travel.

Landstar awarded employees with the Jeffrey C. Crowe-Robert E. Zonneville Lifetime Achievement Award and the Landstar Outstanding Management Achievement Award.

Landstar business capacity owner, Roadstar and Three Million Mile Safe Driver Conrad “Ray” Price says he was overwhelmed when he received the company’s BCO Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Roadstar distinction is awarded to Landstar owner-operators recognized for their outstanding safety records and professionalism behind the wheel.
