More than 500 Landstar independent business capacity owners (or BCOs), their families and guests recently attended the first BCO Appreciation Days event of 2022, held at Graceland Exhibition Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

When an owner-operator becomes a Landstar BCO, they are given the support, tools and resources needed to nourish their independent businesses and keep them on the road to success.

The Landstar business capacity owner (BCO) who received financial assistance from the BCO Benevolence Fund says despite some hardships, 2018 gave him many, many reasons to be thankful.
